1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Binki mobile application ("Binki", "the App", "the Service"), operated by [Legal Entity Name], a company registered at [Registered Address] ("Curikido", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Binki, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who Can Use Binki

Binki is designed for children ages 3–7, intended to be downloaded, set up, and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If you are the parent or guardian setting up Binki for a child, you are the "Account Holder" for purposes of these Terms and are responsible for all activity under the account, including subscription purchases.

Binki does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental involvement, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Binki offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription. By starting a free trial or subscription, you authorize the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to charge your payment method according to the pricing and billing cycle shown at the time of purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling during the free trial prevents any charge.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Price changes: We will notify you in advance of any subscription price changes, in accordance with app store requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Binki only for its intended purpose — a learning tool for children. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or exploit the App or its content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All characters, illustrations, games, pedagogy design, and content within Binki are the property of Curikido and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. No Advertising, No External Links

Binki does not display third-party advertising and does not contain links that direct children outside the App. This is a core product commitment, not just a marketing claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Binki is provided "as is." While we work to ensure the App functions reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Binki is an educational supplement and does not replace professional educational or developmental guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curikido is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Binki after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the contact email on file.

10. Governing Law
